REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Goodwin University Magnet School System is accepting proposals for procurement of food services for elementary, middle and high school students that meet USDA Child Nutrition Program guidelines.

FOOD SERVICE OPERATION

All sealed proposals marked “FSMC PROPOSAL GUMS-2025” must be submitted on forms and in accordance with specifications obtained from CTSource, the DAS solicitation website. (https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/CTSource) is the resource for obtaining the RFP documents. The mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on May 8, 2025, at 2:30 at the district offices, 417 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06118. Proposals will be received until 2 P.M. on June 2, 2025. The Goodwin University Magnet Schools reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Request for Qualifications for Owner's Representative Services

Goodwin University, Inc., on behalf of Goodwin University Magnet Schools, Inc., is soliciting statements of qualifications to provide owner’s representative services for the construction of a Magnet Pre-K School at a location to be determined and a Magnet Technical High School on Riverside Drive in East Hartford. Sealed submissions will be received until 3 p.m. on August 19, 2022.
