Goodwin University, Inc., on behalf of Goodwin University Magnet Schools, Inc., is soliciting statements of qualifications to provide owner’s representative services for the construction of a Magnet Pre-K School at a location to be determined and a Magnet Technical High School on Riverside Drive in East Hartford.
